Design Management Engineer

Overview

We’re looking for a talented Design Management Engineer to join a well‑established civil engineering and infrastructure business at an exciting time of growth and innovation.

The successful candidate will hold a BEng or MEng, ideally approaching Chartered status, and will be based primarily at their Office near Inverness with site work as needed. You will play a key role in supporting design and build tender activity, developing cost‑effective engineering solutions, and managing the design process from inception through delivery.

• Support design and build tender activity.
• Develop cost‑effective engineering solutions.
• Manage the design process from inception through delivery.
• Collaborate closely with consulting engineers.
• Engage with Public Utilities, Local Authorities, and statutory bodies.
• Ensure decisions positively impact project success and company performance.

• Relevant engineering degree (BEng or MEng).
• Experience in a civil engineering or infrastructure environment.
• Approach to Chartered status preferred.
• Strong technical and professional standards.
