SSEN Transmission is seeking a Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SHW) Management System Lead based in Scotland. The role focuses on building, maintaining and certifying a robust SHW management system aligned with ISO 45001/45003 and SSE standards to mitigate SHW risks and drive continuous improvement.
You will develop SHW procedures, monitor compliance, support external audits and collaborate with stakeholders to implement SHW improvements and risk reduction across major projects and utilities
