Mortgage Advisor – Inverness and Elgin

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well‑established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The partner firm is a 150‑advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegate, Davis Tate, Hawes & Co and Intercounty.

Roles Available:
Employed or Self‑Employed. All leads are provided by the Estate Agency branch or branches we partner you with. The role supports the Your Move estate agency businesses in Elgin and Inverness. You may work full office or hybrid.

Compensation:

• Base salary for the employed role: £30,000 – £35,000 (negotiable) with an OTE of £70,000+
• Self‑employed split: 70% on self‑generated work with the leads‑provided split at 45%

Requirements:
We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
