Finance Director

Reed Finance is partnering with a growing local business looking for a capable Finance Director to lead financial strategy and support business growth. The role is a blend of hands' on and strategic so would suit a senior finance candidate who enjoys getting into the detail. This is a key leadership role, working closely with the CEO and senior team to drive performance, manage risk, and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
