Key Responsibilities
Client Advice & Relationship Management
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client’s financial circumstances and goals.
- Conduct thorough fact-find assessments to understand client needs.
- Explain mortgage types, rates, protection products, and associated processes in a clear and accessible manner.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, and other referral partners.
Mortgage Process & Compliance
- Manage the full mortgage process — application, submission, and follow-through to completion.
- Ensure all recommendations follow regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
