Care Assistant – Kingsmills

We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.

We are experienced Care Assistants to join our team in Kingsmills for a variety of flexible contracts (Full and part-time, day and night shift).

• Support and encourage meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection.
• Participate in person-centred activities, outings and events and promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.
• Deliver each individual care plan, ensuring the highest quality, person-centred care.
• Promote independence and choice of residents, making sure that their voice is heard through all elements of care and support.
• Assist with personal care, promote a positive mealtime experience to enhance nutrition and hydration, support meaningful activities and create 1:1 meaningful moments.

• Effective communicator who works well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Upholding the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.
• SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
