Domestic Assistant (Kingsmills) at Renaissance Care (Scotland)

Location:

Kingsmills, Inverness, Scotland.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant at Renaissance Care. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring they feel at home and valued.

Role: 30 hours a week, with weekend working required.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in personal rooms, en-suites, and communal areas such as lounge, dining, and bathrooms.
• Ensure the residents’ environment is clean, tidy, homely, and welcoming.
• Build and develop meaningful relationships with residents, and include them in daily activities where possible.
• Respect and safeguard residents’ dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.

• Experiential background in a similar domestic assistance role or sector.
• Good understanding of COSHH, HACCP, and infection control procedures.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working as part of a team and independently when required.
• Excellent attention to detail and a respectful approach to residents’ wellbeing.
