Working Hours

We offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle — including full-time & part-time hours. You'll need to be flexible to work between the hours of 7.30am and 10.30pm and available to work alternating weekends as part of a rota is essential.

Typical shift patterns:

  • Day shifts: 7.30am - 3.30pm
  • Late shifts: 2.00pm
    -10.00pm or 2.30pm - 10.30pm
  • Mid-shifts: 10.00am - 7.00pm
  • Sleepovers: 10pm - 7am (optional overtime)

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
  • Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
  • Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
  • Keep clear, accurate records
  • Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll provide all the training you need.
