NHS Ayrshire and Arran is recruiting three full‑time Medical Rota Administrators to support services across University Hospital Ayr and University Hospital Crosshouse. You will coordinate and maintain medical staffing rotas, manage on‑call arrangements, and act as a primary contact for rota queries.
You will work closely with clinical teams, managers, HR and medical staff to ensure safe staffing levels, accurate leave records, and efficient workforce planning.
