Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. This role involves providing personalised assistance and guidance . helping Service Users develop essential life skills in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine interest in mentoring, teaching, and working with young people, as well as adults with complex needs ensuring they feel supported and encouraged at all times.

Offer one-to-one mentoring and support to our service Users, fostering their confidence and independence.

Assist with daily activities, including organising educational and recreational programmes tailored to individual needs

Support during activities and social interactions, promoting positive behaviour and engagement

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support strategies are implemented

Help create a safe, welcoming environment that encourages learning and personal growth
