We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Work Assistant Practitioner to join our Adult Services Social Work Team within NHS Highland.

The role involves supporting adults, families and carers within a statutory social work setting, contributing to assessment, care planning and service coordination. You will work closely with Social Workers and multidisciplinary colleagues, including supporting hospital discharge planning and community-based interventions.

You must have experience in Adult Social Care and be qualified to SVQ Level 3 or above
, or hold an HNC in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
