We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to help shape and deliver our people-first agenda across a growing and diverse portfolio of businesses including Energy, Construction & Building Services, Consultancy, and Recruitment.
Reporting to the Chief Relations Officer, this is a senior, high-impact role partnering closely with Portfolio CEOs, Managing Directors, and leadership teams. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and change agent – aligning business strategy, leadership capability, and future talent to support Global’s continued growth.
In this role, you’ll:
- provide senior HR partnering and coaching at leadership level;
- lead complex Employee Relations, organisational change, and TUPE activity;
- drive talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development;
- shape scalable, best-practice people frameworks across Global.
