Working Hours:

39 hours per week, but individual flexibility for the right candidate can be accommodated.

Role Highlights:

Join us as an HR Coordinator based in our Inverness office and play a key role in supporting our people and managers across the full employee lifecycle. You'll deliver trusted HR guidance, coordinate payroll, ensure compliance and confidentiality, and help foster a positive, values-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to line managers who are the first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, supporting HR initiatives and acting as a trusted advocate of the company’s Core Values. You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function based on the company’s People HR Platform by delivering a broad range of HR support across the employee lifecycle.

This role is also responsible for managing the Group payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, company policies and regulations.

  • Proven experience within an HR function.
  • Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of legal requirements within and HR environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Commitment to accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills with people at all levels within a business
  • Up to date knowledge of recruitment, best practice staff retention methods.
  • Strong drafting skills with proven ability to draft policies, procedures and reports.
  • Experience with the payroll system SAGE.
  • Experience in scoping of Learning & Development plans.
  • Experience of working in a similar role in a similar sized private business.
