HRC Recruitment is partnering with a progressive client to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager. You will oversee a high-volume payroll function for 850+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery across monthly and two-weekly cycles, including CIS for subcontractors.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a dedicated payroll team, drive process improvements and collaborate with HR and Finance to provide an exceptional payroll service.
