A broadband and phone services provider is seeking a full-time technical support officer to deliver quality services. The role involves configuring DSL routers and wireless equipment, as well as handling technical support enquiries. The job is based in Inverness, with hours from 9-5, Monday to Friday.

Salary is negotiable and out-of-hours support may be required occasionally.
