Job Summary
Our client is a leading organisation within the Service Now ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a hybrid working Service Now HRSD / S2P Senior Developer for a permanent hybrid role in the UK.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve working with the customer, designing and developing solutions, integrating with external systems, enhancing platform functionality, configuring and customising the Service Now environment, managing risk, documenting processes, and applying ITIL practices.
Required Skills- Service Now – 5+ years experience
- HRSD / S2P – essential
- ITSM – essential
- HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Onboarding, Transitions, Document Management, HR Performance analytics
- Integration with HRSM/HRIS using Workday, SAP Success Factors or similar
- Service Now certifications – CSA, CIS – CSM, ITIL v3 Foundation
- Degree
- Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
Salary – Negotiable. Hybrid working. Permanent role.
