Must-have- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration
- Hands‑on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules
- Understanding of data security and working with sensitive data
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working with both technical and business teams
- Public sector experience (not essential)
- Experience with multiple data sources (e.g., spreadsheets, small databases)
Reports directly to the Data & Reporting Lead.
