Position: French-Speaking SaaS Technical Support Engineer (EMEA)

Ketch Kloud, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for EMEA who speaks French. Based in the UK, you will provide high-quality technical support for our customers and partner with the Professional Services team during implementations.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of technical support experience in a B2B SaaS environment and is proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs. Flexibility for US business hours is required.
