NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a part-time Helpdesk Operator to support Facilities Services across our hospital sites, based at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for patients, staff and contractors, logging, prioritising and progressing requests in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves coordinating urgent and routine maintenance, responding to calls, emails and messages, and maintaining accurate records using electronic systems.
