Cloud IAM Support Engineer

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Cloud IAM Support Engineer to provide operational support and administration for cloud-based identity and access management solutions. This role will focus on supporting Entra  Okta environments ensuring secure user access identity synchronization authentication services and access governance across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in identity management technologies cloud authentication solutions and directory services integration.

What you will do:

• Support and administer Microsoft Entra .
• Support and maintain Okta identity and single sign-on integrations.
• Manage Active Directory synchronization and integration with cloud identity platforms.
• Support Entra
  -based access control (RBAC) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) processes.
• Monitor and maintain Entra  Active Directory synchronization services.
• Support multi-factor authentication (MFA) single sign-on (SSO) and Conditional Access configurations within Entra .
• Support Crowd Strike integrations with identity and access management platforms.
• Administer Entra  and dynamic groups.
• Manage Enterprise Applications Service Principals and Managed Identities within Entra .
• Troubleshoot identity authentication and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain secure and efficient access management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and access management standards and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC) or active SC clearance.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Entra .
• Experience with Okta administration and SSO integrations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory synchronization and cloud identity integrations.
• Experience supporting Entra  and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Familiarity with Entra  SSO and Conditional Access capabilities.
• Experience administering Entra  dynamic groups Enterprise Applications Service Principals and Managed Identities.
• Experience supporting Crowd Strike integrations within identity management environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within IAM platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite support environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
