Location:
Warton (BAE Systems) Contract Length: 12 months Hourly Rate: £22.75 PAYE or £30.49 via umbrella (inside IR35)
Hours:
Full-time, 37 hrs/week (Mon-Fri) Working pattern:
Full-time site based Overview BAE are looking for a hands-on Data Management Engineer to support data quality and governance activities across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to cleanse, correct, and improve data within enterprise systems, delivering measurable improvements to data accuracy and business performance.
Key Responsibilities Identify and deliver data cleanse and data change activities Implement approved data changes manually or via automation Apply data standards, change processes, and governance controls Work with stakeholders to confirm change closure and benefits Support reporting and data quality reviews Skills & Experience Knowledge of data management principles (e.g. DMBOK)
Experience with data changes, migrations, and automation Strong analytical skills with tools such as Excel, Python, Alteryx, Tableau Confident stakeholder communication and independent working style Qualifications HNC or Degree in a technical subject ( preferred ) Why BAE Systems Join a collaborative, inclusive environment where you'll make a real impact.
