Manpower UK has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor in Inverness, working on a Capgemini contract. You will be the first point of contact, delivering 1st line IT support to customers and ensuring a great service experience.
The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £13.45 per hour. You will log requests, resolve queries, and escalate where needed while maintaining high professional standards.
