As a Personal Lines Broker
, you’ll be the trusted advisor helping clients protect what matters most—
their homes, vehicles, and personal assets
. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor insurance solutions that give them peace of mind.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Advising on insurance options and arranging cover
• Handling policy changes and renewals
• Managing premium collections
• Keeping client records accurate and up to date

• Excellent communication skills
  —both written and verbal
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confidence with Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
• A good educational background
  —admin qualifications are a bonus
• Team spirit and a proactive attitude
