This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Property Paralegal based in Inverness. The Residential Property Paralegal will be responsible for managing residential property transactions, preparing legal documentation, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and communicating effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders. The individual will support the legal team in delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the transaction process.

• Strong knowledge of Law, particularly in residential property transactions
• Proven experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and professionals
• Proficiency in conducting detailed and thorough Research
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience working in a legal firm or similar environment is preferred
• A legal qualification or relevant paralegal certification is advantageous
