Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join their team based in Inverness. This is a varied and rewarding role combining technical maintenance with day-to-day maintenance responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, supporting the day-to-day running of the facility, and contributing to a positive, can do culture.

Key Responsibilities Preparation and maintenance duties in line with industry-leading standards, completing all required log sheets and checklists. Stay up to date with best practices and implement improvements. Support diary scheduling to maximise usage and revenue. Promote a positive team culture and encourage collaboration. Assist in identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs. Support facility maintenance in collaboration with the General Manager and maintenance committee.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene, and Safe Systems of Work. Deliver an outstanding visitor experience at all times. Maintain all machinery, tools, and equipment in safe and good working condition. Ensure equipment is clean, maintained, and regularly checked. Assist with event setup, delivery, and clear down.
