Position:
Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the launch and growth of Street League’s operations in North Scotland. This role will be based in Inverness and will focus on delivering agreed operational and income‑generation targets, ensuring effective financial management, and building strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, employers and community organisations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee implementation, management and strategic development of programmes across the Highland Inner Moray Firth region.
- Establish and strengthen local presence to expand Street League’s impact across North Scotland.
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, employers, and community organisations to maximise impact.
- Deliver agreed operational and income‑generation targets, ensuring effective financial management.
- Maintain high standards of delivery and contribute to the development of future operational strategies.
36.25 hours per week, Monday‑Friday
LocationHighlands – Inner Moray Firth, office based in Inverness
ContractPermanent, full‑time
