Overview

Permanent, full time. Salary £30,000 to £33,000 plus bonus. Evening and weekend work required.

Greene King is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the day to day running of Auctioneer’s in Inverness. This role suits an experienced hospitality professional who leads from the front and enjoys supporting teams to deliver consistently good customer experiences.

• Supporting the General Manager in the daily operation of a busy pub.
• Leading the business in the General Manager’s absence.
• Setting the standard for customer service and team engagement.
• Supporting recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Ensuring brand standards, health, safety, and compliance are maintained at all times.
• Managing shifts, responding to challenges, and maintaining smooth service during busy periods.

Full time role based at Auctioneer’s in Inverness. Evening and weekend work included as part of the rota.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Confidence leading teams in a fast paced environment.
• A practical, calm, and organised approach to work.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

• Salary between £30,000 and £33,000 plus bonus.
