Contract Delivery Manager - Inverness Duties
- Manage a small team of approximately 12 tradespeople
- Oversee installations and property surveys
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Manage materials and ensure effective stock control
- Maintain strong customer service and client relationships
- Oversee heating upgrades within social housing properties
- Work with PV systems, storage heating, air source heat pumps, and other renewable technologies
- Electrical background
- Experience with in the social housing sector
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems
- Company van
- Fuel card
- 32 days annual leave
