Invenia, a global leader in laboratory science, seeks a Director to lead its major customer site in the Home Counties. This brand new role offers significant opportunity to shape operations, overseeing a team of around 130 and five to six managers.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in leading complex technical teams, ensure financial performance, and drive quality and compliance. Candidates with backgrounds in regulated environments will settle in quicker. This role requires a visible leader on site every day.
