Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is looking for a Peer Mentor Co-ordinator to manage and maintain a comprehensive Peer Mentoring service in the local area. The successful candidate will supervise up to 15 volunteer peer mentors and coordinate their recruitment and training.
The role requires strong operational understanding, the ability to ensure safeguarding standards, and managing flexible working across various sites in the region. This position also promotes peer involvement in rehabilitative services, encouraging a community-based approach.
