Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager located in Northampton for a 9-month maternity cover position. The successful candidate will lead maintenance and compliance efforts within a busy Distribution Centre.
The role requires strong leadership and communication skills along with proven Facilities Management experience in industrial settings. A competitive salary of up to £40,000 and the opportunity to significantly impact operational efficiency are on offer.
