About the Role
Reporting to the director in charge, you will manage day‑to‑day operations at a shopping mall near Damansara or Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities- Plan, manage and supervise the mall’s daily operations including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, promotional activities, tenant occupancy and collections.
- Work closely with the team to plan, organise and drive marketing events to increase footfall.
- Ensure compliance with the Strata Management Act.
- Lead a team of technical and non‑technical staff to execute operational tasks.
- Assist with leasing activities – promotion, prospecting, negotiation and other related tasks.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and local authorities.
- Degree or diploma in Business/Management, Property/Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
- 6–8 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
- Result oriented with a strong drive to meet targets and objectives.
- Experience in marketing communications and leasing activities.
- Experience in a stratified mall is an advantage.
