The Role

Lead, coach and develop a team of 30+ drivers and employees
Own transport performance across cost, service, productivity and compliance

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing a large transport operation and team
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent knowledge of transport legislation, compliance and fleet operations
Commercially aware with a strong focus on service and cost
A hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Transport Managers CPC / Certificate of Professional Competence - ESSENTIAL
