Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality brand in Inverness.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, people-focused leader to support the General Manager in driving operational excellence, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Support and develop the management team.
* Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
* Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.
* Maintain high standards of customer service.
* Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.
* Analyse performance and implement improvements.
* Support recruitment, training, and people development.
* Step up and lead the operation in the General Manager's absence.
About you:
You'll currently be working as a Deputy General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager within:
* Restaurants
* Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
* Hospitality
* Food Retail
* Convenience Retail
