Mac Gregor Industrial Supplies is recruiting an Embroidery Machinist to join its Branding and Embroidery team in Inverness. This role suits someone who enjoys practical, hands on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a team that produces high quality branded workwear and uniforms for businesses across the Highlands and Islands.

You will operate embroidery machines and heat press equipment to customise garments and workwear. You will prepare and set up designs for production, adjusting layouts to suit different garments and finishes. You will check job sheets and orders carefully to ensure garments, sizes, colours, and branding details are correct before production. You will work to production schedules while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.

You will work closely with colleagues in the Branding and Embroidery team and support other departments during busy periods.

This is a permanent, on site role based in Inverness. Working hours will be confirmed as part of the appointment.

You should have a positive attitude and be keen to learn new skills. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work are essential. You should be comfortable working to deadlines without compromising standards. Basic IT skills, numeracy, and literacy are required. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
