A well‑established and successful label manufacturer seeks a Senior Production Manager. Their ISO 9001:2008 accreditation reflects the company’s commitment to quality, service, and value. The role focuses on ensuring production meets and exceeds customer expectations.

• Oversee all aspects of production policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Schedule and ensure proper utilisation of facilities and personnel for production.
• Work closely with the managing director to meet expectations on timeliness, quality and profitability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process.
• Adopt best practices, drive efficiency, and initiate production improvement plans to minimise costs.
• Lead the department, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Stay current with new production technologies and industry trends.

• Highly skilled, organised, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and flexible individual.
• Strong experience in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Background in print, packaging or paper sectors.
• Experience with production scheduling and workforce management.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality best practices.

Salary:
Basic £45‑60k, car allowance plus benefits, £70k package.
