07:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable person to join our company as a Print Production Technician, working in the print team to ensure consistent, high-quality prints are achieved daily.

• Working in all three key print areas, setting up, printing, and washing down.
• Completing maintenance plans in a timely way and reporting any defects found.
• Ensuring that Fermoie’s cleanliness and good order standards are met within the print area and its immediate surrounding areas.
• Involvement in the dispensing and QC aspects of the paint-making process.

As a key member of the production team, the ideal candidate will have strong team-working ability, strong communication skills and align closely with our company value of people‑first in the way they interact with those around them. You will have a passion for excellence, a keen eye for detail, ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure, and outstanding organisational skills.
