We are seeking a Site Services Team Member to join a professional team in the industrial and manufacturing industry. This role requires a proactive individual to support operational activities in Portgordon, ensuring smooth site services and maintenance.

Description

Provide day-to-day operational support for site services and general maintenance tasks.
Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Assist with the scheduling and coordination of planned maintenance activities.
Respond promptly to any site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Work collaboratively with the wider engineering and manufacturing teams to meet organisational goals.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and any incidents or repairs.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to their implementation.

Profile

A successful Site Services Team Member should have:

Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
A solid understanding of site services, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

Job Offer
