We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established meat processing company in South West England that is seeking experienced Multispecies Butchers to join its growing team.

• Breaking down and preparing beef, pork, lamb, and poultry
• Producing high-quality cuts to customer specifications
• Maintaining excellent knife skills and productivity levels
  
  Following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Working efficiently as part of a production team

• Previous experience as a butcher working with multiple species
• Strong knife skills and carcass breakdown experience
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
