The Opportunity
Our client, a food manufacturer is looking for a Production Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for flexibility and ongoing work. Full time and part time positions available.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery and production line equipment safely and efficiently
- Assembling, packing, and labelling products
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting team members and supervisors to meet production target
Requirements
Essential
- Reliability
- Good time keeping
Desirable
- Production or warehouse experience desirable but not essential.
What’s on Offer
- £12.96 per hour/£16.20 per hour overtime rate
- Overtime available
- Monday to Friday 07:00-18:00/ Saturday 07:00-17:30, flexibility on days.
- Full time/part time available
About You
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
