This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, specialist company producing bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture, where you will receive full training to develop into a qualified Workshop Manager and progress your career long-term.

This role would suit a skilled joiner or cabinet maker who understands high-quality workshop production, can read drawings, support junior staff and wants to move into a leadership position within a growing company looking for its future managers and directors.

The Role:

Support the day-to-day running of a bespoke joinery workshop Assist with production planning, job scheduling and workshop workflow Supervise joiners, apprentices, machinists and subcontractors Maintain high standards across bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture Read and interpret technical drawings and production information Receive full training in workshop management and production leadership Progress into a fully qualified Workshop Manager role

The Person :
Joiner, Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, Workshop Supervisor or similar Background in bespoke joinery, cabinetry, fitted furniture, kitchens or furniture manufacturing Strong hands-on understanding of cabinet making or joinery production Able to read technical drawings or production drawings Looking to step off the tools and move into workshop management Organised, proactive and keen to develop leadership skills Experience mentoring apprentices or supporting junior staff The Benefits:
