We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to help plan, deliver, and report on marketing activity across the business. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on marketing experience who enjoys generating ideas, creating engaging content, and taking ownership of campaigns from concept through to delivery.
Working closely with the wider marketing team and external partners, you’ll help bring campaigns to life across digital and offline channels, manage content calendars, and use performance insights to continually improve future activity — all while working in line with Mac Gregor Industrial Supplies’ core values:

- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns, from creative concept through to execution
- Developing creative ideas and content that support brand and business objectives
- Building and managing content calendars across digital channels
- Creating and coordinating print marketing materials such as flyers, posters, in-store signage, and basic advertising assets
- Working with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across digital and print output
- Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, engagement, and results
- Sharing insights and recommendations to help improve future marketing activity
- Demonstrating and championing MIS values in all work
- Campaigns are delivered on time and to brief, with increasing independence and creative ownership — reflecting our goal to Be the Best.
- Engaging content and creative output:
Digital and print content is visually engaging, on-brand, and contributes to measurable engagement growth, created with a Customer First mindset. - Content calendars are well organised, executed on schedule, and support wider campaign goals, helping the business stay Future Focused.
- Insight-led reporting:
Performance is tracked and reported clearly, with actionable insights used to refine future campaigns — supporting our value to Do the Right Thing. - Works effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and partners, contributing positively to projects and embodying Community Spirit through teamwork.
- Previous experience in a marketing or content-focused role
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency
- Confidence using content creation tools, basic design software, and analytics platforms
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Someone who aligns with MIS core values
