Location:
West Sussex Job Type: Full-time Salary: £55-65k Are you a Marketing Communications Partner looking to join a dynamic marketing team? This is an exciting opportunity to join as a team member in a role that is pivotal in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels and ensuring the delivery of general marketing activities as part of the marketing plan. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent brand messaging, oversee budget management, manage promotional channels and support the team to achieve marketing goals.
Day-to-Day duties of the Role:
Strategic Planning:
Co-develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with organisational goals and market trends. Market Analysis:
Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and insights about target audiences, competitors and industry developments. Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution and performance monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are effective and achieve desired outcomes. Budget Oversight:
Manage the marketing communications budget, allocating resources efficiently, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Content Strategy:
Drive the creation and management of high-quality, relevant content for various communication channels, such as social media, email marketing and promotional materials. Brand Management:
Ensure consistent and coherent brand messaging and identity across all marketing communications and platforms. Team
Coaching:
Coach and mentor marketing communications executives and associates, providing guidance, on-the-job training, and fostering collaboration, development and best practice.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product Managers, Commercial and Corporate Comms, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company objectives and to support mutual goals. Performance Analysis:
Analyse the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and data analysis, generating reports and providing insights for continual improvement.
Innovation: Continuously explore and implement new marketing techniques, digital tools, and best practices to keep the company's marketing efforts current and competitive. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role ideally within the healthcare industry. Strong commercial/business know-how in both B2B and B2C environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a highly complex, cross-functional environment and stay focused on critical goals and outcomes. Desirable:
Marketing or business qualification, matrix management skills and project management experience. Benefits:
