Autonomous RN - Compassionate Care & Clinical Leadership
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you’ll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You’ll have autonomy to use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions and develop tailored care plans while ensuring medicines are administered safely.
You’ll need current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, with experience in risk assessments and regulatory
