Clinical Team Leader – General Practice Nurse; Islands
NHS Shetland Board is seeking a Clinical Team Leader (General Practice Nurse/Non Doctor Islands) to lead our community nursing teams across Shetland’s islands. The role combines clinical leadership with line management, spanning District Nurses, Practice Nurses and Non-Doctor Island Nurses providing 24-hour island coverage.
Candidates should have Band 6+ experience, a Master’s level qualification (SCQF 11) preferred, and be a Non-Medical Prescriber with Advanced Clinical Examination skills.
