We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled vegetable grower to join our small gardening team at Loch Ness. The role involves developing both our exceptional Aldour Castley garden and the market garden at Clue Farm. You will develop and care for our vegetable and fruit areas, assist the garden team in general maintenance, and support our castle garden and walled garden assets.

• Partner with the Hospitality Teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
• Participate in Wild Land management systems and processes to support sustainability.

You are a knowledgeable and experienced vegetable grower with at least three years of hands‑on experience in vegetable cultivation, ideally in a garden of similar nature. You approach your work with precision and consistency, stay organized and adaptable, and maintain exceptional standards. Strong communication skills are essential. Because the castle is a historic site you must hold a current valid driving licence and have your own transport.
