A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a QA Compliance Manager (QP preferred) to join its expanding global quality function. This is a unique opportunity to be the sole QA representative in Europe
, working closely with a US-based leadership team while shaping and strengthening compliance frameworks across clinical and preclinical programmes.

• Leading GxP compliance activities across EU clinical and preclinical operations

• Partnering globally across QA, regulatory, and external vendors

• Strong QA experience in pharma/biotech
• Background in clinical trials and preclinical compliance
• QP status or eligibility is a plus
• Someone who thrives in a hands-on, autonomous role
• Clear, confident communicator who can operate in a fast-paced, global environment
• Location: UK, Ireland, or Romania
• Eligibility: Must be able to work in the EU without delay
