Senior Property Services Officer (Assets and Repairs) We have a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leading Housing company here in the North of Scotland.
Our client is looking for a Senior Property Services Officer.
This is a permanent full time post.
Our client is looking for someone with:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a supervisory, senior or management position within a property related environment
- facilities management, housing, construction, property management or engineering.
Knowledge and understanding of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and asset management.
Experience of managing contractors, monitoring performance and delivering services or projects against budgets and KPIs.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective working relationships.
Full UK driving licence is required, and access to a vehicle.
Car allowance will be provided.
