You will be based mainly in our Food Hall but may be expected on occasions to provide cover in one of our Highlands Table coffee bars. You will deal with a high volume of customers whilst still maintaining the high quality and service standards required.
Responsibilities- Deliver a prompt, efficient service to customers.
- Prepare and serve quality beverages and products, maintaining a friendly and clean atmosphere.
- Work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
- Follow instructions, possess good communication skills, and maintain high standards of service.
- Proven track record working in a similar establishment.
- Previous Barista experience is a distinct advantage, but not essential.
- Desirable to hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate; full training will be provided and you will be expected to obtain the certificate within 3 months of taking up the post.
- Expected to achieve mandatory induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and comply with the Code of Conduct throughout employment.
