A well-established bar and restaurant in Aviemore is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a busy kitchen, a strong knowledge of fresh food, and the ability to manage a section independently.

This role offers a salary of £26,000 - £29,000 plus tronc, with opportunities for career progression into Sous Chef roles. Staff meals, holiday entitlement, and pension are also included.
